Born from a vision to serve the community she grew up in, Dr. Anne Valdez returned home to Henderson after completing her education to build an eye care practice centered on relationships, trust, and exceptional patient care.

A Henderson native, Dr. Valdez attended high school locally before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. After completing her training, she knew she wanted to return home to care for the families and neighbors in the community that helped shape her.

That vision became Optic Gallery Horizon Ridge—a practice where patients receive the time, attention, and personalized care they deserve. Dr. Valdez believes exceptional eye care begins with listening. Every appointment is an opportunity to understand each patient's concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and create individualized treatment plans that support lifelong eye health.

Her professional interests include comprehensive primary eye care, specialty contact lenses for complex corneal and ocular conditions, dry eye management, and myopia control for children. She is passionate about making Optic Gallery Horizon Ridge a trusted first destination for eye care—offering advanced diagnostic technology and treatment options under one roof while coordinating care with leading specialists whenever needed.

Dr. Valdez is board-certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and is certified in fitting Paragon CRT® Orthokeratology lenses for myopia management. She is committed to staying at the forefront of optometry through continuing education and investment in advanced technology to provide the highest standard of care.

She is also a proud member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and a preferred provider for The Hub Las Vegas. As both a healthcare provider and community member, Dr. Valdez is honored to care for generations of local families and contribute to the health and well-being of Southern Nevada.

Outside the office, Dr. Valdez enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, serving alongside her church, traveling, and cooking. She believes the same values that guide her personal life—faith, family, compassion, and service—are reflected in the care she provides to every patient.
